The DIS Sport Arbitration Rules are procedural rules specifically designed for the settlement of sport-related disputes. They form the procedural basis of sport arbitration proceedings at the German Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The 2016 DIS Sport Arbitration Rules entered into force on 1 April 2016. They apply to sport arbitration proceedings commenced on or after 1 April 2016.
The 2008 DIS Sport Arbitration Rules apply to sport arbitration proceedings commenced before 1 April 2016.
